    5. 5. Registration of source material dealers according to “the Act on Protective Action Guidelines Against Radiation in the Natural Environment” Article 2 Paragraph 2, and byproduct dealers according to the aforementioned Act Article 3
    6. 6. Receive reports on disposal/treatment/recycle of byproduct
